The dosing system has been designed to allow measurements and the dispatch of the auxiliary liquid products, required in the garment dyeing and treatment processes. The number of the products to prepare and the number of machines to feed can be various according to the customer's requirements.

The auxiliary products dosing system use involves the following advantages:

• avoids the operator direct contacts exposure with chemical products;

• all the parts in contact with the chemical products are made of stainless steel or PVC to obtain a perfect seal and to work in absolute safety;

• the possibility to prepare the auxiliary products in a store room where are collected all products and the central control systems (with operational advantages for the personnel);

• precision in the auxiliary products dosing.

The auxiliary products choice and quantity have to be inputted in the working programs in the machine’s programmer. The programmer of each machine communicates to the central control system will manage the machine number, the products and quantities to prepare.
