Drum internal side made in stainless steel Aisi 316 with passing through shaft supported in both sides of machine by large size bearings. Drum divided into three compartments of the same size and shape. External doors equipped with electrical and pneumatic safety devices. Sampling porthole. Automatic alignment between drum doors and external door. Windows for visual control of the bath. One alternate current motor (model LC 100 - 150), two alternate current motors (model LC 200 - 360) controlled by inverter. Transmission by trapezoidal belts. Variable washing speed. Two hydro - extracting speed. One steam inlet with pneumatic valve.
			Direct heating. Cooling by introduction of cold water and drain valve opening. N°2 Water inlets with pneumatic valves. Flow meter to control the introduction of water into the machine. Suspension system by means of hydraulic shock-absorbers, reaction springs and ballast (it works during hydro-extracting phase in case of unbalanced loading). Valves with electric or pneumatic control.			N°1 products dispenser (2 powders - 2 liquid chemicals). N°8 outlets available in case of product automatic dispenser. Electric board with all power and auxiliaries components. Control board equipped with microprocessor and screen with capacity to store up to 90 programs of 50 steps each for the automatic control of the machine.
