Indirect heating and cooling by means of a coil inside the machine. Heating even with direct steam (direct heating). Direct cooling by means of water introduction and drain valve opening. N°1 manual tank for products introduction into the machine. Control board equipped with microprocessor and screen with capacity to store up to 90 programs of 50 steps each for the automatic control of the machine. Omron PLC control the machine during working cycle.
